In addition to providing repair estimates, we can also authorize estimates provided by other estimators for your insurance company. This means that you can be confident that your repair will be carried out to the highest standard possible, no matter who provides the estimate.

Our Services

We provide independent repairers with access to our qualified estimators who use the Audatex and GT Motive estimating systems on their behalf.

You can request an estimate anytime by filling out our Estimate Request Form, regardless of whether you have an Audatex account.

Once we receive the vehicle information and images, we’ll prepare an estimate using Audatex or GT Motive.

After the estimate is confirmed and checked, we can network it to any insurer or third-party engineer for authority.

We offer support throughout the entire repair process, including advice and supplementary services for any additional repairs that may arise.

Our charges are fixed and fair, unlike accident management companies that charge a percentage. Our qualified estimators understand the challenges that independent repairers face, and we are committed to levelling the playing field by providing top-quality services.

If you become a customer, Audaglass will offer free training to advise the repairing garage how to make sure they maximise the repair but also make sure you have all documents required to speed the claim through pay out resulting in the money being paid into your account faster.

We understand that estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen damages or the need for additional parts and materials. That’s why we offer a First Supplementary Estimate free of charge to update and ensure the accuracy of the estimate.

While some of our engineers are recruited from supervisory roles in bodyshops, all are required to have relevant experience and the ability to work with various estimating systems.

Our vehicle engineers ensure that repairs are carried out using the correct methods, costs, and feasibility, prioritizing quality and safety. All of our engineers hold recognized qualifications, and many possess certifications such as MIMI, MSOE, or MIAEA, or are working towards such qualifications.

Total Loss Negotiation

Our experienced total loss negotiation teams at Audaglass Engineering work alongside our Desktop Engineers to ensure a fair and reasonable value for all vehicles. Before settling any total loss, we validate all vehicle details using direct DVLA data sources and MIAFTR II, confirming any special builds, extras, and mileages. This gives our vehicle engineers a complete understanding of the vehicle and allows for a fast and efficient settlement process.

Only our dedicated total loss negotiation engineers are authorized to discuss valuations with the insured/owners, and we prioritize transparency throughout the valuation process by explaining the factors considered.

At Audaglass Engineering, we offer a unique online data set that includes Engineers Reports, Images, Valuation Reports, Market Research (when applicable), and estimates. These secure PDF documents are easily retrievable to facilitate the settlement and recovery of losses.

Repair Audit

Our Repair Audit service involves a surprise inspection of the vehicle to ensure that repair work is being carried out in accordance with the agreed terms. Typically, this inspection is conducted when repairs have been authorized by a desktop engineer. Our vehicle engineers will carefully examine the repair estimate, images, and any notes made by the authorizing engineer while assessing the vehicle. Any repairs that were not carried out as per the agreed cost estimate are deducted from the repair costs and presented as savings, accompanied by comments and recommendations. We then provide a comprehensive leakage report, outlining any discrepancies identified during the inspection.

Audaglass Engineering offers a thorough inspection service of repairer or garage premises and services. These inspections are designed to evaluate the suitability of repairers to be part of your network, and provide customers with an independent insight into each repairer. Our vehicle engineers conduct a meticulous assessment of equipment, facilities, vehicle types, costings, staffing levels, security, compliance with health and environmental safety regulations, vehicle maintenance compliance, and relevant training programs. If a repairer meets the required standard, we will issue a relevant certificate. Our service also includes bi-annual inspections to ensure that any recommendations made during the previous inspection have been acted upon, and that the required standards are being maintained.

Comparison Reports

In today’s insurance claims industry, there is growing evidence of fraudulent activities. This unfortunate trend is reflected in frequent media reports of insurers and claims handling companies falling prey to fraudulent claims, resulting in losses worth millions of pounds each year.

At Audaglass, we offer Comparison Reports to vehicle owners who may have doubts about the validity of a claim due to circumstances such as excessive damage to one vehicle when compared to the other vehicle involved in the collision. Our team of experienced vehicle engineers can inspect, photograph, and assess both vehicles to compare the extent, level, and areas of damage. By taking detailed measurements, we can determine if the two vehicles were in fact involved in a collision and if the claimed damage was caused by that collision. We can even arrange for both vehicles to be assessed together at the same location, which can uncover surprising results.
